Who You Are
You are a strategic builder and collaborator who excels at translating business strategy into executable, scalable go-to-market motions. You have a proven track record of developing partner-centric marketing programs that drive mutual growth and strengthen ecosystem relationships. You are analytically minded, creative, and comfortable operating in the complex intersection of marketing strategy, partnership enablement, and cross-functional execution.
In this role, you will work closely with the Partner Marketing Director to develop and execute targeted GTM playbooks for different partner types—channel partners, marketplace and integration partners, and strategic alliances. You'll own the creation, optimization, and performance management of partner marketing assets and campaigns, collaborating seamlessly with field marketing, demand generation, brand, and product teams to ensure partner programs are positioned compellingly and executed with impact.
You thrive on building scalable systems and repeatable processes that enable partners to sell and market with confidence. You're comfortable working with ambiguity, bringing clarity through data-driven insights and strategic thinking. You communicate complex partnership dynamics in clear, simple terms, and you're equally at home presenting to executives, enabling field teams, or collaborating with individual partners.
