Role Overview
In this role you will work closely with Area Managers to lead teams of associates, ensure smooth workflow execution, and help optimize daily operations. You will be in close touch with associates, monitor their performance, assign tasks and oversee daily operations within your department. What we expect from you / the position to perform
- Acts as a leader on the floor, assisting Area Managers with team coordination, workload distribution, and productivity tracking
- Understands end-to-end warehouse processes, from inbound receiving to final dispatch, and ensures compliance with operational standards (5S, safety, accuracy)
- Monitors workflow, identifies bottlenecks, and collaborates with management to improve processes and meet key performance goals
- Conducts quality and safety audits, ensuring compliance with Rohlik’s policies and standards
