About the role
As a member of the Operations team, you'll own operational functions across Frec's broker-dealer and registered investment advisor that make Frec’s mission possible. What you will do
You'll own, improve, and scale the core operational workflows that power Frec's broker-dealer and RIA. In every workflow, you'll automate, streamline, and eliminate manual work — we're building an operations function that scales with technology, not headcount.
- Asset reconciliation — Own daily reconciliation of customer assets against our custodian (Apex), investigate and resolve breaks, and build automated solutions that eliminate them at the source.
- Trading operations — Monitor algorithmic trading systems in real time, resolve rejections and escalations, and drive changes that improve execution quality and risk management.
