The Sprint: Why We Need You Now
We are entering a critical, high-velocity growth phase. To secure the talent density needed to build the world's top AI lab, we are launching an intensive 8-month recruiting sprint.
We need a high-energy, fast-moving Technical Recruiter to join us immediately on contract. This role is all about speed, hustle, and seamless execution. You will hit the ground running on Day 1 to source, engage, and help hire engineers and technical builders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Rapid Sourcing & Pipeline Velocity
- High-Quality Outreach: Proactively hunt and engage top talent across academia, emerging labs, and technical communities before candidates even hit the open market.
- Creativity: Be creative in unique outreach, create bespoke experience for recruits.
- Leverage Modern Tools: Work daily with tools like Ashby, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter to build, track, and optimize talent pipelines rapidly.
2. Full-Cycle Execution & Candidate Experience
