About the role
We're seeking board certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Arizona (multi licensed strongly preferred) with broad clinical expertise and a passion for improving healthcare access and quality. In this role, you'll deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages across a wide range of conditions, while working closely with our provider and support teams. This is a great opportunity for a clinician with at least 3 years experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings.
This role requires an active RN compact license and licensure in multiple states. Ideal candidates will hold five or more active state licenses.

Schedule Options:
Option 1: Modified Full-Time (32 hours/week)**

- 3 holiday shifts required per calendar year
Option 2: Part Time (20 hours/week)
- Weekly shifts: shifts must be scheduled between 3pm-11pm
- Weekend rotation: Required to work every other weekend (both Saturday & Sunday) scheduled between 3pm-11pm
- 2 holiday shifts required per calendar year
