As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will help merchants successfully integrate, launch, and operate Payoneer Checkout as well as being responsible for second level support. You will work closely with merchants, developers, and internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues, support API and plugin integrations, and ensure a seamless payment experience. You will play a key role in merchant integration, technical problem resolution, and ongoing operational support across the Payoneer Checkout platform
What you’ll do
- Support merchants during the integration phase and go live with Payoneer Checkout (API, SDK, webhook, payment flow design)
- Trouble shoot and resolve payment gateway, API, plugin and checkout related issues
- Assist merchants with API integrations, webhooks and platform configurations
- Analyze transaction flows and payment issues to identify root causes and provide possible solutions or escalations
