We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager to lead our Workday team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Workday system management, optimization, and support, ensuring its effective utilization across the organization. The Senior Manager will lead a team of Workday specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Workday professionals, including performance management, coaching, and career development.
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday modules, including HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll.
