Role Summary:
The Events Manager oversees the planning, coordinating, and execution of events that drive brand awareness, engage audiences, and support business growth. This role requires strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, and managing budgets and vendor relationships while ensuring each event aligns with the company’s mission and goals in healthcare innovation. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 or more days per week in-person at the San Mateo headquarters.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate with the events teams to create an annual event calendar that aligns with the company’s marketing objectives and product launches.
- Define and communicate clear goals, objectives, and KPIs for each event (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement). Then follow-up to see if those KPIs were accomplished and if not, then understand why and how to improve.
- Conceptualize the theme, messaging, and design of both internal and external events (conferences, trade shows, etc.) in collaboration with marketing leadership.
