Role Overview
The Print Operations Manager will serve as Kiddom's primary operational owner for all print production activity, overseeing the end-to-end production lifecycle from file submission through vendor proofing, PO issuance, and delivery tracking. This role is accountable for managing Kiddom's network of print suppliers, manipulative suppliers, and trade book suppliers, keeping thousands of ISBNs and product SKUs on schedule during the BTS production season. One direct report (Kit/Trade Operations Analyst) will support this role.
What you'll be doing...
- Own the end-to-end print production workflow, from print-ready file handoff through vendor submission, proofing, PO issuance, and on-time delivery.
- Manage day-to-day operational relationships across Kiddom's print suppliers, manipulative suppliers, and trade book suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for production status, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Oversee all manipulative and kit supplier operations, including component sourcing, assembly coordination, packaging specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Manage trade book supplier relationships, including ordering, inventory alignment, and fulfillment coordination for trade titles across curriculum programs.
