Position Overview
Zynga Consumer Insights is looking for an experienced consumer research professional to join our team as a Consumer Insights Manager. Reporting to the Director of Consumer Insights, you will be responsible for research projects that deliver insights regarding Zynga’s portfolio as well as the overall gaming marketplace.
You will be independently managing a variety of projects, qualitative and quantitative, across marketing and game design initiatives. You will be hands-on, from start to finish, and your work will help drive innovations and improvements for both live games and new games in development.
A successful candidate should have extensive experience designing and running primary research, analyzing and visualizing data, and socializing information across an organization.
Our team works closely with a variety of stakeholders across Zynga, often embedding ourselves within game studio teams, so the successful candidate will have a track record of building trust and strong relationships with new clients (internal or external). Some international travel will be required to attend research in person and to visit stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining research panels is a significant advantage. While previous gaming industry experience is not required, a passion for gaming, especially mobile gaming, is a valuable asset for this role.
